  • Shallot - 1 large
  • Pea Shoots - 8 stems
  • Fresh Truffle - 1 medium
  • Morel Mushrooms - 20 each
  • Fresh Thyme - 2 stems
  • Roasted Garlic- 12 cloves
  • Unsalted Butter - 6 tbsp.
  • Lemon - 1 each
  • Salsify - 1 stem
  • Grapeseed Oil - 3 tbsp.
  • White Wine - ½ cup
  • Salt & Fresh Ground White Pepper to taste
